Opportunities To Maximize Resources In Essay

Providing world-class healthcare in the 21st century is a challenging enterprise, but patients deserve the best care that hospitals can provide. Because resources are by definition scarce, it is therefore important for organizations of all types and sizes to maximize their resources in order to achieve a competitive advantage over those that do not. For healthcare providers, this competitive advantage would translate into more efficient and improved healthcare outcomes.
