This evolution of privatization allowed the residents to have access to quality and responsive mental health center (Mckeown, 2012).
The site for the center is ideal as it is easy to reach through automobile or public transportation and also has good parking space. The center also has its own entrance on the southern side of the building to ensure privacy and confidentiality of the visitors. The place has recently been re vamped by the authorities and there is lot more room for developments and growth. However the leasing arrangements will soon be negotiated. This support from hospital authorities will ensure the success of the center (Mckeown, 2012).

The center conquers approximately 2,200 sq. ft. Of the land. It comprises of nine clinical offices and group rooms. There is a wide reception area which is parted by the divider which allows for different child and adult reception areas. There is also a small kitchen for staff along with bath room and business office / Offices are easily reachable for handicapped. In order to facilitate customers, there are two public neutral washrooms. One is located within close proximity to the center while the other one is located within a building (Lorenzen, 2006).

Leasing arrangements are in procedure. Hospital will be required to subsidize rent for the first two years if the project is successful on the basis of financial analysis and projections. Our aim is to acquire a three-year lease with an opportunity to renew a second three-year lease. The current location of the center is ideal to do business. After three years of operation, we will reviews our rental options, additional space requirements and other facilities available within geographical area before renewing the contract (Lorenzen, 2006).

As a conclusion, higher authorities took the right decision of central location to do the effective business. However the middle management take cares of proper details of center's construction along with major and minor details of using the space effectively, medical aid providers do the best effort to their consumers. To facilitate consumers, lower management is responsive and easily accessible in the friendliest manner to ensure customer's satisfaction. Customer's satisfaction is taken care by all levels of management (Lorenzen, 2006).
