The target population of this product is ages 13-45 years old. The first step that I would recommend for this organization is creating a focus group. Focus groups are often used when promoting a new product, it allows the organization to understand what the customers are experiencing and what they need (Taylor et. al, 2010). It is a great way to collect data and feedback from the customers.
