Proud of My Creativity. I

¶ … proud of my creativity. I feel that being a creative person makes me more flexible, more open and more to deal with different challenges. When I look at some of the most challenging times in my life, I am of course proud of my hard work and perseverance, but I realize that it is my creativity that has allowed me to find the solutions to my problems. The more I mature, the more I realize how valuable at attribute this is, but creativity has always been with me.

Playing football in the park, you realize how creativity allows you to use your physical skills to their best use. It is like an instruction manual that tells you how to use your other attributes to achieve your goals in life. The different objectives that we all have -- love, wealthy and happiness -- are all little more than problems that can be solved with a creative outlook.

You can win the girl you want with a creative approach, and the same goes for creating opportunities in work and in education. I feel that a lot of what I have achieved so far owes to my ability to understand problems and find creative solutions for them. For example, in high school we had a team project in chemistry. I was not particularly good at chemistry, so I was glad to have team members around me understood the material better.

When we had a problem, I had to ask them what the problem was because I did not really understand it. What happened next really surprised me. I was the one who figured out how to solve the problem. I knew the least about it, but I had the most creative approach to solving the problem. I was able to see the solution where others were fixated on the obstacles.

That might have been the first time that I realized I had this gift and was able to really explain it. I saw that I made a direct and valuable contribution to the team, not because I had some great expertise or knowledge, but because I take a certain approach to problem solving that allows me to find solutions where others see only problems. Reflecting on this, I saw how I was able to make contributions to our family growing up.

My little brother relied on me a lot when our parents were out working. I never really thought much about it, but we got through a lot of problems together. Sometimes it was just finding a way not to get caught, but other times it was finding new ways of explaining something to him so that he could learn. I contributed a lot to my brother's development. I never saw that as something that I had to do, or as something that was not my job.

I only saw the problems that needed to be solved, and found a way to make that happen. Now as an adult I see how I use this skill every day. I see how valuable it is in business or in science, or as a student. There are.
