Supported by Adolescence is the stage where a child's mental and the physical growth is at the peaking stage in a prevailing society. This is the crucial part in determining the long-term outlook of a nation as we can infer where the youth is leading to. In a planet, where we have youth population nearly half of the population of the earth, it is no more surprise that the resources are not as quenched as usually supposed to be. Asia which is the house to nearly 70% population of the youth reflects a crucifying image to the whole world of its sense of deprivation of the resources.

The Adolescence is the phase of transition where a child feels heightened sensation of his/her observation, cognitive skills and the biological changes. Passing through this stage with an effective and guided way is mandatory if a healthy and socially sound personality of a child is to be ensured. This in other way puts a lot more responsibility on the teachers and parents to trim the best way of life for the adolescent. Adolescents pass much of their time in schools where a healthy and congenial environment is must. Along with that, Parents also need to be familiar with family, biological and personality factors that predispose an individual to depression and anxiety. A Guardian in the face of a teacher or an Adult could recognize the kind of psychological, behavioral and social events that most often could lead to trouble, and this way the risk factors could be minimized and the adolescents could be handled with some degree of sensitivity (Walker, 2005, para.3).

Though most of the individuals pass through this developmental period with significantly less amount of stress and anxiety but majority succumb to the storm of this upheaval in their personality which may cause difficulties in their present or their future endeavors (Eccles, J.S. & Wigfield, A., 2000, pg.1).

According to Office of Educational Research and Improvement (1988), "Between 15 and 30% of students (depending on different ethnic groups) drop out of high school; further adolescents have the highest rate of arrest of any age group; and many consume alcohol and other drugs on regular basis" (as cited in Eccles, J.S. & Wigfield, A., 2000, pg.1).
