Generation Equipment In Air Traffic Research Proposal

(Sheridan, nd) Sheridan states that 'human-in-the-loop simulation' is both a "well-known and obvious need for any large system development involving people and technology interacting." (nd) These 'HITL' simulations are believed to be very expensive due to their requirement of "full-scale hardware and software setups that have face validity but are quite expensive to construct and operate." (Sheridan, nd) However, Sheridan does state that models of system processes and human observation which are "sufficiently good" make fast-time computer simulation an option as well.

SUMMARY & CONCLUSION

Simulation technology such as the a-SMGCS plays an important role in preparing today's air traffic controller personnel for coping with increasing air traffic in the airports which has been predicted for the future. At present, much is being invested in simulation training for the purpose of directing future technology so as to eliminate the greatest part of human factor errors that is possible....

...

Simulation training is assisting technology developers in the design and implementation of such technology through informing these developers as to the human factors that must be allowed for a guarded by the technology programs that will be implemented in air traffic control in the future.

GPS will significantly improve the accuracy of air traffic control, and also provide a platform for the efficient increase of aircraft traffic. It is however somewhat unclear why it has taken so long to implement a technology that has such obvious advantages and that has been in existence for such a long time. Perhaps the time and cost involved was a determining factor. From the current viewpoint, it has

46). To date, though, these reforms have not materialized and the air traffic control system remains mired in the FAA bureaucracy (McDougall & Roberts, 2008). In this regard, Poole (2008) emphasizes that, "[the air traffic control system] is managed by an unwieldy government bureaucracy, micromanaged by Congress, and subjected to the ups and downs of the federal budget process. And as air travel continues to grow, the air traffic

("Air France KLM corporate social responsibility statement," n. d.) After their agreement in the Global compact of the UN and depending upon their 'vision of long standing business management', 'AIR France KLM' encourages setting 'corporate social responsibility' norms 'in the airline industry'. They perform this by exercising 'a set of' properly indicated assurances to make certain that viable development continue with 'quality of environment' as well as 'social' development. 'AIR

At the time, the industry sought to examine both oil pollution in general and ocean dumping as well as land-based sources of ocean pollution. According to Wang, "More significant was the rapid technological development in the design of large-sized oil tankers which required constant rule changes. Government Since gang-related crimes fall within the jurisdiction of state, this research will give an insight on the need to find solutions that increasingly include all levels of government. Congress needs to pass legislation that will change immigration enforcement laws and make more aliens deportable. In addition, the federal government should take a more active participation in helping local and state jurisdictions develop anti-gang responses. The local, state and federal governments
