The truth is that the American public has overall matured in their view and has gotten over the petty human differences that exist because the cognition that rests with this group is one that understands that today's world has much larger and looming problems that a simple difference in religion, country-of-origin, or differences based on race or ethnicity. While this may be too much to grasp yet as truth, perhaps the support being rallied for Senator Barack Obama as the next U.S. President is telling in the shifting paradigm that locked older generations into tight and suffocating societal structures and may just be the rustling of the crusty old shells imposed so long and miserably by society which are finally falling off the backs of today's Americans.
