Strategy to Improve Lack of Motivation and Organization
When working on a virtual team project, it can be challenging to stay motivated and organized. This is partly due to the fact that virtual teams do not share physical space and therefore members of the team are isolated. A lack of social interaction, feelings of isolation, or a lack of clarity regarding team goals can all be reasons virtual team members might lack motivation or appear unorganized. Additionally, team members may not have a clear sense of their individual roles and responsibilities. As a result, they may feel that their work is not valuable to the team.
