I agree with your comments regarding the theory of constraints as a problem-solving tool for businesses and organizations. Here, the theory of constraints provides an ability to properly identify weak links within the supply chain. Through proper identification, supply chain efficiency and communication can be improved. With the advent of other technologies related to artificial intelligence and data analytics, improvements can be made to the overall supply chain of international or global enterprises. Likewise, by continually improving processes, consumers and society at large can benefit from a much more robust supply chain.

I agree with your comments related to the idea of constraints being applied to the human aid department. I personally, didnt think of the concept your presented, but after review, believe it to a very important element of proper resource allocation. Here, it is important to deliver goods and services to those in need, in the most efficient manner possible. As such, identifying the weakest link allows vendors to maintain a standard of excellence throughout the supply chain. Likewise, this can also help improve speed of operations, thus enabling more resourced to be delivered to those in need. Ultimately, this concept not only improves operations, but the overall quality of life of those relying on delivery of these goods and services.
