Trustworthiness

Qualitative data is not nearly as easy as quantitative data to harness completely and accurately. Thus, it has to be ensured that the data is accurate, timely and complete.

Any and all feedback about the survey or the study should be taken down, studied and assessed so as to make adjustments along the way if need be or at least learn lessons for future studies

Use of Surveys

Surveys are great tools if used and designed properly. However, they can also be flawed and imperfect in many ways. The use of things like Likert scales, focused questions and an emphasis on complete and honest answers is key when it comes to the use of surveys

Confidentiality

So as to prevent uncomfortable situations, ensure honestly and to get the best and most timely answers possible, it will be insured that no one's answers will have their name tied to them. Doing otherwise will lead to less complete and less honest answers out of fear or having those answers getting to management.
