Different organizations have different organizational cultures. Identifying the organization's strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities makes it easier to formulate various strategies. I agree with you that valuing an employee's well-being and standing by them helps implement design quickly and easily. Many human beings have the basic need to make sense of the world, and if they feel threatened, they may react defensively (David et al.,2020). Companies like Tesla identify the problem and work from them to overcome the situation as a team. The company encourages its employees to be creative and innovative, to which employees are rewarded and compensated (Furrier,2020). Change is inevitable as many businesses try to keep up with the latest trends in the ever-changing business world. I concur with you that it takes time for change to occur, as the prominent problem firms encounter the different organizational cultures put in place.

To implement the objectives and goals set by a company, many managers have to devise strategies that require employee commitment to follow through with the tasks (David et al.,2020). I concur with you that one of the main pitfalls of strategic planning is a lack of communication, as you find many teams. Once they encounter a loss, the blame goes to the management instead of determining various lines of action that could help the company achieve its vision and goals. In many football clubs such as Manchester United, there are many unclear goals, no clear strategy, or a lack of consensus over outcomes leading to many football failures ("Football failures," 2022). Many players are used out of position rather than having specialist players in critical roles. Involving the management and players provides an excellent opportunity for them to understand what the firm is doing, why and they all become committed to executing the corporation's objectives.
