Dena J
The problem statement highlighted by Dena J. does not seem to have a sound professional basis. This happens to be the case given that my colleague has not stated the significance of the study. The significance of this study would have been to study certain genes in patients with prostate cancer and determine whether the said genes improve or decrease the chances of curing the said disease. The problem highlighted by my colleague has an actual significance in the society. This is more so the case given that as indicated by my colleague, early detection of prostate cancer complications related with advanced disease would be prevented. In addition, Dena indicates that early detection would decrease mortality rates caused by prostate cancer. However, the problem statement does not have the potential of building evidence-based practice. This is more so the case given that it does not specify the advantage of early detection of prostate cancer to the nursing profession. According to Dunn (2017), keeping abreast with latest developments in prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment helps professionals offer recommendations.
Chris O
When it comes to Chris O, it should be noted that the highlighted problem statement has professional significance. My colleague highlights the importance of Electronic Health Records (EHR) in promoting child care in the healthcare realm. According to Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (2014), EHRs are important in pediatric care given that they help reduce errors thus improving quality. My colleagues presentation has significance in the society given that it will help improve integration of health records in future through ethics and cyber laws. The problem also has the potential of building evidence-based practice. This is more so the case given EHRs will help improve diagnostic time. They will also promote communication and improve nursing service owing to more convenient patient records access (Ehrestein et al., 2019).

Problem Statement In the words of Quisenberry (2018), “while increased challenges are prevalent during virtual teaming arrangements, there seems to be evidence supporting that virtual team performance can be improved when team members have higher emotional quotients.” This is particularly the case given that various studies seem to suggest that the most common difficulties virtual teams encounter have got to do with failure by team members to effectively self-manage, share knowledge,
The participation of the staff is entirely voluntary and while staff will be encouraged to participate it will not be mandatory and staff members will only be approached once with the survey placed in their mailboxes at work. Staff members will be allowed to return the surveys in a locked box placed off the unit and in an unobserved area for maximum anonymity. It would be our goal to receive completed surveys from at least

When forced to raise the price of essentials like food, sales go down. Sales are also down at the end of the month when consumers are running low on their funds and waiting for their paychecks. Wal-Mart will continue to pursue a cost leadership strategy. Advantages/Disadvantages: Advantages include the fact that there are many price-sensitive consumers
