¶ … translate the content and summary of three sources and must put those answers in an outline format. The outline pertains to the three sources, of course, and those sources pertain to different dimensions of psychology and the elements thereof. These elements, when it comes to these three sources, include the psychology of success, the effect of conceptions on ability or anxiety (among other things) and the impact of conceptions on self-regulatory mechanisms and complex decision-making. The outline that shall be followed has three major sections, those being the when, the why and the who of each source relating to conceptions. While saying that one will be successful is one thing, actually pulling it off is quite another. Analysis

When

In terms of raw dates of publishing, the date of the Dweck source is the most recent, coming in 2006. The Martocchio source was published in the mid-1990's, coming into the field in 1994. The Wood source came into play the furthest back in time, coming in at 1987. Both the second and the third sources make direct mention...

...

While the newest of the trio, the Dweck book very much summarizes and builds on the work of the prior years, going back roughly two generations in total. That third source by Dweck touches upon a lot of things including having the proper mindset for success, acclimating one's mindset and approach based on the domain or domains in question and so forth (Dweck, 2006; Martocchio, 1994; Wood & Bandura, 1989).
Why

The "why" behind these three articles is not hard to decipher. Indeed, the field of self-efficacy, conception and mindset is what makes or breaks whether someone succeeds in their endeavors. Quite often, it is not about whether they can succeed. Indeed, it is quite often a matter of whether they can or will given the mental blocks and challenges that exist for the person. Indeed, if self-confidence is lacking and the conception of one's self is poor, the results will likely match (Dweck, 2006; Martocchio, 1994; Wood & Bandura, 1989).

What

The more recent holdings (Dweck) mostly hold that overall mindset is the key to whether someone can or will succeed. One has to position one's internal thinking in a positive orientation or most everything else will…
