The author\\\\\\\'s desire for this article is also to educate readers about how Medicare has been administered using economic principles via budgetary risk analysis.

Analysis of Key Issues

The key issues that were discussed are 1. Healthy America is a feasible option to achieve the goal of healthy Americans 2. Creating an environment that supports employee engagement and wellness programs allows employers to improve their workforce\\\\\\\'s health and productivity 3. The success of out-of-pocket expenditures is directly affected by the availability and quality? Of health care provided. 4. The primary barrier to implementing any health care policy reform is the individual mandate, where each person will permanently be responsible for their medical expenses (Univ., 2021). 5. A healthy society is one where people have access to medical care. A significant challenge to be addressed is the quality of care and how it can be improved.
