With a spotlight on active receptiveness, pivotal project touchpoints, and nimble technological facilitation, team members can finesse their skills while receiving on-the-spot feedback (Weinstein, 2022).

"Training simulations demand two-tiered innovation: formulation and facilitation," remarks Hamzah Shanbari, Construction Technology and Innovation Manager. "Our HERO initiative excels in both aspects, powered by collaborations with esteemed institutions like the Georgia Institute of Technology and Kennesaw State University." (Weinstein, 2022)
