Vision Statement Ever Since I Was Young

Vision Statement Ever since I was young I have always wanted to become successful. I have always wanted to be a good example and to inspire other people in their life. I have always envisioned myself as someone who leads and others follow. Above all I always have the passion of helping others (Gillespie-Brown 2012). After I completed my high school education I went to the university where I am majoring in organization management in Human resource management.

I am a very organized individual and I am sure that this aspect will come in handy in future as I practice what I have learned through my college education. The world today is becoming very competitive. Education has become an important aspect of life. Gone are the days where one could just finish their high school education and look for jobs at restaurants or stores. Today everyone is keen on furthering their education. I also do not want to be left behind with the rest of the world.

This is why I have to ensure that I work very hard and attain good grades in my final exams in university.as it is today even the undergraduate courses are not enough. People are furthering their education more and more. Everyone is thirsty for education and self achievement. I also do not want to be left behind as other people are furthering their education. I want to apply for my master's education as soon as I finish the final exams for my undergraduate.

I want to undertake my master's degree at Ashford University where I will specialize on human resource management. I chose human resource management since I like helping people. There are people in a work environment who need a voice to speak for them.

There are also people in the work environment who want to be listed to and their grievances heard.my passion for helping people is what drives me to work so hard and ensure that I attain the required grades so that I can be bale to work as a human resource manager. I would want to have a positive impact on everyone that I come into contact with. I also want to live a life that is dedicated to integrity, challenge, commitment and valuing everyone I come into contact with.

I would want to bring a positive change to the life of people impacting them in a positive way. When I have a positive impact on an individual I will be at peace and contented with myself (Heathfield, 2011). In the society there are people with disabilities. However many people fail to understand that disability is not inability. Disabled people are often locked out of some opportunities simply because f their disability. These people have no one to advocate for them and ensure that they get equal opportunities in work places.

I have the passion of helping such people. That is why in the next five years I would want to secure a job in human resource offices. I will strive to ensure that I advocate for the organizations to employ the deaf and people who have hearing problems. This people have both hands and legs and they are normal in.
