Descriptive Statistics

The descriptive statistics infer some important points about the research question posed.

The first figure to investigate is the average or mean job satisfaction score for the entire group which was 34.15 out of 50. The standard deviation from the score is 7.516 which is rather high signifying a potential weakness in this analysis. The median score is 34 which helps strengthen the mean's relevance to the analysis however. Breaking down the numbers further, we find that job satisfaction scores and company attendance does have a statistical relationship.
