In this second phase of my 'career training in life, for over a year after I pursued a career in the medical field, I have developed administrative skills such as medical records/data management and preparation and processing of relevant medical forms and documents. Currently, I have been exposed to other responsibilities such as patient education and quality control and documentation. More importantly, as a medical assistant, I have acquired important skills and knowledge about tasks that will equip me in my plans to become a nurse. My experiences in both areas developed in me the right attitude to have -- that is, patience, perseverance, and thoroughness -- in order to survive the demanding yet fulfilling profession that is nursing.
