I would like to see the city where health systems are integrated and sharing one regional headquarter.

The leaders must facilitate development programs that generate high-income jobs.

I must address my quest for an economically vital and people-friendly future city. The apparent garbage crisis of overflowing landfills would help develop urban landscapes for the future city. There are various ways in which trash could be transformed into treasure. Based on my understanding of the Clearwater's challenges and opportunities, coupled with the current economic conditions, I believe the below strategies will translate Clearwater into a new city of my desire.

Establish an overlay district of employment to encourage high-income employment in strategic locations: the future city will be a site for creating a regional employment center. There is always a heavy traffic of workers along the highway to south and north of the city. Similarly, it marks the entrance to the peninsula via Bay Boulevard Gulf. I would like to see the city where health systems are integrated and sharing one regional headquarter. I would want to have a city where non-retail employment and professional services are improved. In addition, the height restrictions must be conducive to support the development of the regional employment center (University of Michigan, 2011). The leaders must facilitate development programs that generate high-income jobs. This can be achieved through allowing higher density development and transition of incompatible time consumption.

Adapting and adopting formal incentive policies and new tools will encourage the desired development.

Leaders must embrace a new policy that outlines tools and incentives to stimulate business investment.

The city must consider utilizing defined tools like fast tracks that permit the reduction of development fee and enhancement of public participation in real estate development

For the future city to be more competitive in terms of new investment, the leaders ought to embrace a new policy that outlines tools and incentives to stimulate business investment. My focus on business stand investment is because of the fact that the two are the primary determinants of economic growth. Therefore, the new policies must operate as a wide set of guidelines and not a restrictive checklist. This implies that projects ought to be evaluated individually. The city must consider utilizing defined tools like fast tracks that permit the reduction of development fee and enhancement of public participation in real estate development (Jenkins, 2007).

Attracting and nurturing talent in creating a sustainable and long-term economic vitality

A people friendly and humanistic city will be foremost accessible where all people will enjoy mobility.

The future city would definitely be a city of bicycles as an overall tactic to become a green city and sustainable development.

Path networks for cycling will be developed to supplement public transport systems.

Another fundamental issue regards attracting and nurturing talent in creating a sustainable, long-term economic vitality. Talent implies that additional skilled workforce is nurtured. It alludes to cultivating and recruiting individuals with experience, education, and interest to help the community retain its competitive position. Such talents entail a pool comprising of diverse entrepreneurs, students, and retirees. Ultimately, for the city of Clearwater to be successful in escalating the talent war, it must engage young professionals with each other, community and area employers (Bentley, 2009).

The city will enforce substantial regulations, economically feasible plans, comprehensive industry plans, and ultra-expensive technology like plasma gasification plants.

Similarly, in this city, it will be highly imperative to employ a waste to energy processes. The residents will be stable and taxes will be a norm to support the city's systems. Outreach programs will be initiated to invite public to regulate civic waste infrastructures to spread awareness. This will attract monumental traffics of tourists visiting the city's future landfill facilities.

The future city will engage automated 3-D printers in modifying trash processes and completing tasks.

Such possible automations will be entirely based on innovative techniques applied in industrial waste devices.

Ecologies have the ability to achieve a long-term harmonious state and a positive spiraling. Because ecological models tend to be productively everlasting, the future city will logically follow.
