Quality of Care in the Emergency Department provided by Nursing Practitioners

Due to demographic aging, comorbidity, and scarce resources in primary and acute care, emergency departments around the globe see an increase in enrollment, significantly impacting care delivery and results. There have been calls for Emergency Department performance improvement techniques, highlighting the need to discover cost-effective care approaches in terms of cost-effective care schemes in terms of workforce optimization. The addition of additional care contexts, such as HSCP teams, necessitates well-established institutional culture. People, institutions, services, and platforms must all change to introduce effective practices. To discover implementation variables based on access to healthcare, stakeholders who obtain or deliver health care have become highly relevant.

Roles of stakeholders

Stakeholders are vital individuals who play an important role in the organizational success or those impacted by the organizations operations. A stakeholder is an entity or an individual with a strong interest in a therapeutic choice and the facts to support it. Stakeholders in the healthcare setting include diverse personnel, including health care professionals, executives, and other professionals who perform clinical and non-clinical responsibilities. Internal stakeholders play a critical role in assisting the successful implementation of the planned change by contributing their skills and experience and suitable leadership in the organization (Griffiths, Maggs &George,2008). Patients, providers, and financial institutions, such as the state and healthcare insurance companies, are external shareholders. They contribute significantly to the implementation of change by providing the necessary resources. Stakeholders generate capacity building, make suggestions, and engage in assessment and quality assurance activities when they are involved at each level.

Stakeholders interested in the project

The National and local government plays an essential role in providing healthcare infrastructure by providing resources for training of the nursing practitioners. Many governments are coming up with new guidelines that authorize the nursing practitioners to practice and the authority to prescribe medicines.

The project has caught the attention of patients, caregivers, and patient, civil...…practitioners, communication with stakeholders about the researchs achievements, setbacks, and develop strategies to assist in managing the assumptions and create support for new projects.

Expectations

Emergency departments are challenged to adapt and react to different health delivery methods in the current configuration of health system restructuring and regeneration. Simultaneously, maintain stability and control over procedures that lead to the improvement of goals set and objectives. To overcome this, stakeholders support beginning the programs implementation and evaluating the nursing practitioners quality care in the emergency department setting (Woo, Lee & Tam, 2017). Nursing Practitioners believe in a somewhat more comprehensive approach to patient care. They offer a standard of service that combines medical skills with a loving nurses experience.

Conclusion

Stakeholders are crucial to the successful implementation of evidence-based medicine in healthcare. Their assistance is required to offer the funds, skills, and information needed to implement nursing practitioners in emergency rooms. They are crucial because they have an impact on public opinion.
