However, many of these benefits are derived with accounting for other prevailing variables within the overall structure of the work environment. For example scholarly works do not cover many of the other elements that may occur throughout the course of the education process. Elements such as COVID-19, a war in Ukraine, technological advancement, and policy changes are often not reflected in scholarly works. If they are, they are often done so in isolation which makes their benefits muted. From a staff education perspective, it is important to provide critical thinking skills that can ultimately benefit the staff over the long term. Through proper instruction related to critical thinking, staff members are much more empowered to make decisions that rely on multiple variables. The challenge here is to properly determine and ascertain relevant scholarly material that will be used in the overall staff education process. In addition it is important to remove any material that is not immediately applicable to the immediate needs of staff and their ability to perform their job functions. Here, from a scholarly perspective, judgement is needed to properly determine how scholarly works can provide solutions within the overall staff education process. Here, the insights I have gleamed from this process reveal that more abstract processes are actually beneficial in the staff education process. Here, elements such as proper communication, proper critical thinking, and tolerance skills are very beneficial in the staff education process (Smith, 2002).

The role of the project manager is arguable one of the most important roles in the staff education process. Here, the project manager understands the deliverables, goals and objectives of a particular job or department. This is particularly helpful as the project manager can directly correlate goals and objectives within the overall staff education process. Here, project managers have a strong sense of the teams capabilities, their strengths and their overall weaknesses. Due to this intimate knowledge, staff education becomes much more pinpointed and direct as it relates to the overall educational outcomes. Skills that are lacking on the project managers team, can quickly be addressed to help alleviate any concerns. Likewise, strengths that are already apparent on team can be either enhanced or disregarded at the project managers discretion.
