While it is true that fair allocation of resources is essential for the well-being of members of society, the post becomes unclear with the statement that justice is a trait of individuals -- this is not a self-evident claim. While it is difficult to argue with the claim that a fair allocation of resources is crucial, the post needs to better define "justice" on its terms.
3. The most successful aspect of this post is that it engages in original, critical thought and clearly defines distributive justice. While interesting, the digression into Obamacare is too lengthy and in excess of what is necessary to demonstrate his point, although the assertion that the way in which health care has been implemented in the past is in defiance of distributive justice.
