Joey Romero San Andreas is a disaster movie that details the events of a catastrophic earthquake and tsunami. The film shows acts of heroism and many fatalities. San Andreas first introduced the protagonist, Raymond as a first-responder, saving the life of a woman whose car fell off a cliff. His access to helicopters, boats, and planes enables him to save not just strangers, but his family.

Although Raymond has personal issues he must deal with throughout the movie, like the loss of one of his daughters, he does manage to help people on his way to save his other daughter. Some would say he should save the strangers that for example, were caught in the falling building with his wife. Others may point out his family comes first. Regardless, Raymond displayed heroism in saving his family and helping others avoid dying from falling debris.

The monumental earthquake that hit the San Francisco and Los Angeles area is a result of the San Andreas Fault. To begin the summary of the story, it is important to explain Raymond's circumstances at the beginning of the movie. Raymond, a pilot in the Los Angeles, air rescue team, is during a divorce. He plans a trip with his daughter Blake to San Francisco....

Meanwhile, Dr. Kim and his colleague Dr. Lawrence are doing research for an earthquake predicting model at the Hoover Dam (San Andreas (2015), 2015) (15:35 Minutes).
During their research at the Dam, the dam collapsed and killed Dr. Kim (San Andreas (2015), 2015) (16:05 Minutes). However, before Dr. Kim died, he managed to rescue a little girl by throwing her to Dr. Lawrence (San Andreas (2015), 2015) (17: 43 Minutes) Raymond is therefore called to go back to work. Dr. Lawrence learns the Fault at San Andreas would soon cause a major earthquake because of the shifting tectonic plates. This earthquake had the capacity to destroy the cities along the line.

Ray is the first-responder in the film. In most scenarios in the plot, he makes personal decisions instead of making decisions that will help everyone. For example, when Emma was having lunch with Daniel's sister and the earthquake happened, he saved Emma his daughter's mother from the collapsing building rather than reporting the emergency (San Andreas (2015), 2015) (41:20 Minutes). They find their way aboard his helicopter. However, Susan, Daniel's sister was a casualty in the collapsing building. In another instance, when the building that…

But even though the film's camera work is mainly conventional, it does feature some surreal-looking shots and sequences, e.g., Boo Radley's shadow hovering over Scout's older daredevil brother Jem, as Jem, having intruded on the Radleys, cowers on their front porch in terror. The storytelling is interesting but like the camera work, not especially unconventional on the whole. The story is told in two ways: (1) in voiceovers as Scout,

The soldiers attack the students, spawning white on black violence, and even black on black violence. Thus, the intended audience of the film is somewhat difficult to determine. On one hand, "Sarafina" is not a purely educational film about apartheid, as the filmmakers seem to assume a certain basic familiarity with the issue on the part of the audience. The film is told from the black perspective, and clearly

Ann fantasizes about becoming like an ordinary woman, marveling at what she sees at the good, unspoiled Joe's gallantry, as he takes her through the city, allows her to do whatever she likes, unlike the other people in her life, and as far as she knows, for no reason. After he helps her flee from her royal pursuers, the princess longs that the two of them can run off and

Movie Critique: The Pursuit of Happyness When it comes to film making, the subject of rags to riches tales have been one of the most common subject for many filmmakers. Most film viewers have watched a number of movies that revolve around a financially broken protagonist making it big. However, in the post Y2k era, it is a common perception among many that a movie has to be high on graphics,

Film Analysis & Critique: Movie Lost in Translation A film can have numerous motives. A film may possibly have the purpose of conveying a message, to reveal an aspect virtuously for its aesthetic appeal. However more often than not a film may have the purpose of attaining an emotional reaction from the audience or viewers. It is imperative to take note that attaining this emotional response from the audience is largely

Another Website ("Historical Inaccuracies in Film") points out the same thing, that the final battle scene with Lt. Col. Moore leading the brave charge at the North Vietnamese headquarters did not take place in reality or in the book. There was no helicopter coming to the aid of Moore's assault. In fact the 7th Air Cavalry division was given an airlift out of the area and the next day a
