A. Introduction: Abortion is a medical intervention used to end a pregnancy. It is primarily a healthcare stipulation for millions of pregnant women worldwide.

B. Controversy: The US Supreme Court ruled in Roe v Wade that a woman's right to terminate her pregnancy was guarded by the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution

C. Thesis Statement: Pro-choice and pro-life advocates have argued over abortion for years. Still, if users can agree, it may help society make significant progress toward women's abortion rights.

1. Abortion decriminalization endangers women by forcing them to seek abortions from unlicensed practitioners.

2. The freedom of abortion must be included in a solution of pregnancy rights that allows women to make voluntary decisions about terminating a pregnancy genuinely.

Conclusion: To gain complete legal, cultural, and socioeconomic equality with men, women must have free access to abortion. To have identical privileges as males, women need the abortion choice. Women require the right to abortion to have total authority over their bodies; without it, women are morally inferior to males.
