Sexual harassment is another factor affecting Jennifer, and sexual harassment has a negative effect on education lives and student emotions. For example, nearly half of the students who experience sexual harassment are likely talk less in school, be uncomfortable in the presence of male counterpart and hard to pay attention in the classroom. (NCWGE, 2002).The evidence shows that Jennifer is likely to be a victim of sexual harassment.

"What should the teacher do?"

The teacher should focus equal attention on male and female students in the classroom. Moreover, the teacher should deliver equal praise for male and female counterpart and should not focus more attention on male students than female students. Doing so will make female students feeling that they are less important in class. Thus, the teacher should deliver equal attention, praise and criticism to male and female learners.
