As sea level are on the rise, many millions will suffer more and more aggressive floods and entire coastal cities and industries will disappear unless significant investment is made in dam systems. Another socio-geographical effect is large fires due to high temperatures and winds that create disasters all over the planet. Also, freshwater systems in the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, America, North America, Polar regions "showed an overall net negative impact of climate change on water resources and freshwater ecosystems." (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.2007) Global warming effects also reach more developed countries with effects not necessarily connected with the food supply or health issues, but climate change. The increase of severe weather phenomena in the last 10 years is quite visible, although no direct match can be made at this point as not enough data has been collected. As an in example of global warming effects on weather conditions in a country that in theory is more adaptable than others the Katrina Hurricane offers a strong basis on the global warming debate. Heating up of ocean surface water creates proper conditions for the formation of stronger and longer lasting hurricanes. (Pew Center on Global Climate Change, 2010)

All these that have a profound effect on the lives of billions are being fought in various ways by national, regional or international organizations. As the agriculture, research and use renewable sources of energy, energy efficiency in industrial sectors or reduce gas emitting industries. (United Nations, 1997)
The Kyoto Protocol and other similar global or regional cooperation agreements seem, unfortunately, to have a small effect on what looks to be a snowball effect. If all states and especially the large polluters of the world would begin serious reduction or elimination of gas emitting industries, the effects of global warming would still produce damage to the planet for a large period of time. Yet a collective sustained effort in the direction of lowering gas emissions is very costly, and in these times of financial distress, only a small number of countries can put global warming effects as a top priority in their investment planning schemes. These effects will cast a lasting, profound and more and more visible shadow on humanity and the overall geography of the planet.

Global Warming Argument FACT OR FALLACY Critical Thinking World Health Organization (2013) reports that, in the last century, the earth's warmth increased by approximately 0.75 degrees C. And further at more than 0.18 degrees every decade in the last 25 years. This phenomenon, called global warming, is said to result from the greenhouse effect whereby deleterious gases, such as carbon dioxide, trap heat within the earth's atmosphere instead of getting released. A steady

Global Warming, United States and the World There are concerns that the natural ecosystem and human society is not capable of handling rapid changes in climate. Trying to deal with this challenge in a proper manner, a number of international treaties have been drawn up and many different activities have been arranged. In the year 1994, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) came into being. Since that year,

What Marshall does to bolster his argument that Global Warming is a sham is quote from scientists and experts in the field who are doubters; for example, Dr. Boris Winterhaiter, a professor of marine geology in Australia, claims that Al Gore's movie is full of "circumstantial arguments." And those arguments, Winterhaiter is quoted as saying, "are so weak that they are pathetic. It is simply incredible that they, and his film, are commanding public attention," the
