This in turn determines the individual to improve his or hers personal behavior, attitude, personality, and response to the challenges faced in the society. A proper education has as its most priced outcome a successful future career. However such an outcome is not necessarily guaranteed and it largely depends on the availability of the individual to direct its attention in one domain or another. More precisely, given the previous background, one can be suitable to follow a career in social sciences or in mathematics. It all depends on the prerequisite information provided in early childhood, on the environment, and most importantly on the personal preference of the individual. In order to become a professional, one must take into account and accumulate as much information as possible through all means of education, whether it is academic, in classes, or from newspapers, conferences, and up to hands-on experience. Education especially in the career path I would like to follow is not restricted to courses in university but represents a wider array of experiences. Indeed, the theoretical part of any education process is essential because it provides the necessary tools for understanding, grasping, and above all interpreting the information available. This type of education I believe is completed with work experience and related activities.
Overall, it can be concluded that education represents a very wide term. In my personal opinion it is not restricted to the work achieved in the classroom but rather it represents an entire process of self-improvement, self-achievement, and above all of self-development. These are all essential steps in building a career and a successful path in life. Although education from its academic perspective is not the only element essential for these processes to take place, it is crucial to be done with utmost care and dedication for the information provided and the perspectives obtained.

Early childhood educators need to make a thorough study of the background family and community relationship in which a child is growing up. The findings of such investigations can then be used to optimize the teaching process and dissolve any negative connotations that may work to the child's detriment. On the other hand, both the family and community can work concomitantly towards the child's success later in life. The

Interestingly, the research suggests that there is no specific early childhood pedagogy that is inherently superior rather what is important is that children receive exposure to learning as soon as possible. The fundamental purpose of the Early Childhood Development Initiative was to increase awareness of the importance of early childhood education. Yet more work needs to be done

In its most basic sense, play provides a mechanism for a young child to address him or herself and engage with others in a way that precludes feelings of immaturity and inferiority. "Play" invokes a world not limited by temporal boundaries of age and accomplishment and forces a child to relate to the world around him or her. In dramatic, physical, and celebratory play, children are able to develop social
